I took all 3 of my car to get them washed I noticed the front end and back end was still dirty I went back through showed the employees they told me I could use my 5 day guarantee. I said noway this is a bad job m=needs to be redone the gave me the corporate office number, they did not even call me back. I will never use Buchmans car wash again. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
Horrible experience as usual. Don't buy any of the extras. It is all BS. I work in the car business and asked for tireshine. I get to the end and my tires are dry as a bone. Ask the minimum wage kid if he puts it on, he says, "No the machine does" I tell the girl at the machine, she says "sorry"
