Their rentals are a little pricy, but not too far above the going rate for a quality facility. They have a TON of space, 7 or 8 buildings of nothing but locked garages. They are all in GREAT condition and have 11' ceilings. All very dry and in like new condition - no creepy converted warehouses here. Only down side is they are always almost to capacity, especially in the spring when college kids leave for the summer from SUNY Brockport just down the road. Worth the investment, best storage this side of Rochester.
