Sent my girlfriend to look at a focus, she left infuriated, the owner sat her down and told her that she "looked like the type that can't afford much" and went on to insult her to her face. Then went on to tell her that their own mechanics know more than me, without even knowing anything about me or that I am a Ford senior master technician. And said that she could only get the car serviced at their half-assed garage. The cars that they have on the lot are all over priced garbage and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. He attempted to start several cars only to find out that they didn't even have batteries in the cars. She came home crying because of the way the owner talked down to her. He then went on to tell her that she will never make it on her own, and all the meanwhile he didn't even look at her credit application. Buyer beware, if you send your wife, fiancé, or girlfriend here without you because you work 70 hours a week that they will be treated like garbage. I'm sure karma will be hard on the owner for being a disrespectful animal.
I walked in there with my friend today to look at a Focus they had on their lot. It was way overpriced and didn't even have a working car battery in it! They wouldn't turn on any of the cars or even open the door on half of them. The owner didn't know the difference between which cars were manual or automatic. He looked at me up and down and told me I didn't look like the type of person who could afford a car right now. Wouldn't show me any of the cars I was interested in. Told me to take my boyfriends money and run because he will dump me within a year anyways. Even asked my friend if she would give me money without even looking at my credit application I did online!!! Totally disrespectful. Steer clear if you are a young female looking for a vehicle on your own. If you don't have a man with you they will treat you like crap.
The only good thing about his saleamanship is being able to manipulate the customer and not even have the car cleaned that was bought.
Horrible car lot
Honestly surprised these guys don't have more bad reviews. Aside from having rude customer service and just acting sleezy I was sold a car with a rotted sub frame and called multiple times to ask about refund or what they could do for me and was hung up on multiple times. I would never buy a car from this guy again. Also, I originally wanted a convertible and was told by a sales man that the owner doesn't sell his convertibles to just anyone............they wouldn't sell me a car on their lot??!! Why did I even buy a car from here?? I ended up going out to a mitsubishi dealership in Hamburg NY.....well worth the drive and money, bought a brand new car, I am so sick of having car troubles which seems to be all you get from the sleez bags on ridge road.........especially this one!!
Loser man wouldn't even take my car. I was looking at a couple cars and I asked if they can do trade-ins. The man asked what kind of car I have. He doesn't want my car. He didn't even ask whats wrong with it. Don't buy from these loser crooks. Don't even go there, they WILL reject you!!! Loser old man.
