Sal and his family are very easy down to earth people. First time there and was able to buy a car after testing out three of them. I usually do a little haggling but I ask what he could do on a cash deal and the number was more than fair. Glad we went there.
Best and easiest car buying experience ever. After looking around for 2 months at several dealers using misleading advertising tactics like "extra clean" or "fully loaded" when they were not, we went to Ultimate with 2 vehicles in particular to look at on a Saturday. Their vehicles were as advertised so we test drove one, loved it, made an offer, received counter offer, getting a pretty good deal. We paid by personal check and picked it up on a Tuesday. We spent less than an hour's time buying this ride. We've now had it for about 6 weeks, driven 1500 miles with no issues and are loving our extra clean, fully loaded vehicle that I'm sure we'll be enjoying for years to come.
I really loved this place. Me and my family bought a great 2009 Chevy Impala for under 5000 dollars. After we bought the car we discovered two minor intermittent problems. We brought the car to Ultimate Auto Car Sales and they fixed both problems for no cost. Kimmie and Sam are the nicest people you will ever meet, great customer service.
